Hello,
A package was dispatched to me on Tuesday 11th Royal Mail tracked 24 and was scanned at Manchester MC that night. I received the following “ We've received your parcel. Delivery is due:
Wednesday, 12 April 2023*
Between
11:56am and 2:56pm* ”
But tracking hasn’t updated since. Usually it would go to Glasgow then on to my local DO.
When I click update delivery options it says “ Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel.”
Does this mean it’s lost? Is there a way for me to contact Manchester MC to see why it wasn’t sent?

I wouldn’t class it as lost yet. I doubt Manchester could tell you much; for all we know they may have sent it to Glasgow and it’s sitting in a York up there awaiting scanning and dispatch to your DO.
I posted an item T48 on Tuesday which should have been delivered by now but the last scan was Thursday morning at the NW Parcel Hub.
I’ve known items fall off the radar for a few days then turn up at the destination MC. I agree this is poor service for a T24 item though.
