Parcel stuck at Jubilee MC

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me as I have sent a parcel to Canada via the International Tracking service but it appears to be stuck at the Royal Mail Jubilee MC. It's been there since Thursday 9th March and hasn't moved since.
I've double checked on the Canada Post tracking website and it states that they are still awaiting the parcel to arrive in there possession.

It's been sat there for 21 days now with no explanation. I can understand some delays due to various reasons but when the Royal Mail state delivery within 5-7 working days and the parcel just sits in their depo for 21 days without moving, it becomes a bit of a joke.

If anyone can help/advise then it would be greatly appreciated

Just what is going on at Jubilee Centre? Does anybody really know? Posted 17 March and still at Jubilee from 19th. Monetary value, nil, but unless this gets to its destination I cannot get my late brothers Death Certificate which leaves his wife right in the mire. And Customer Service!! Your having a laugh. Utterly useless, not a clue. Lodge a complaint, then it’s 2-3 working days for a response. Hasn’t happened. Come on people, know you have a genuine gripe but put yourself in my shoes! Sorry, we are not an official site so we cant "get our fingers out". But where we can we will offer inside knowledge and advice.

But looking at that it looks like it's been delayed at customs, also Malta is very strict on having the correct paperwork and they sometimes have to contact the recipient before the release it. This is not official information just guesswork by an insider..
