Hi there, I am waiting on an order from the US and the item in USPS says it has left Heathrow but there's no info from Royal Mail. Ive read that this can simply mean the parcel is still in customs? Is that true and if so how long can it take? Will me being in Northern Ireland also impact it's delivery due to Brexit shipping issues? Thanks!

Yes that is correct. Clearance times are variable because some things are picked at random for extra checks.

I posted before. My parcel from Lithuania finally started to move and is now at Leeds MC. It took nearly 1 month since 2nd of March to get here from Langley. I dont know really whats happening with customs down there but at least i can see some movement finally.
