My elderly nan posted me something very important and personal, I told her to make sure she registered it but the lady in the post office told her there was no need. Tracked would be adequate. That was on the 7th of February.
Has my parcel been stolen? Can't get answers anywhere?

That is excessive and it seems to be stuck in some sort of loop. To be honest, as we are not an official site there is not much we can advise in this situation except to make a complaint to the Post Office Ltd for the poor advice, and put in a claim through Royal mail.
Sometimes, putting a complaint in actually helps the situation and may resolve whatever is causing the problem, it may even get it delivered.
So I 100% recommend contacting Royal Mail officially.
