Hi all,
Been having a few issues with click and drop packages. Few recipients have recieved the grey card saying postage not paid even thought it was paid through click and drop with label printed at home. I've called up, and the person said she doesn't know why and has logged a complaint for me. Its been about 2 weeks so wanted to know if anyone knew if theres a known issue? All letters and parcel are paid for correcly size and weight.
