This parcel has been at LANGLEY HWDC IPS since Saturday 11 March 2023 00:54.

Can anyone tell me how long this process is supposed to take, or when the parcel will be released for overseas.

As per Royal Mails official update on international items there are delays, as we are an unofficial site we cant really give any more information that what they have.

Im still waiting for my delivery from Lithuania since 2nd of March. Been told it reached langley on 4th of March but still shows as in transit leaving overseas, getting really pissed off No updates, nothing

This parcel is a birthday gift which I was hoping the person would receive before the 1st April.

Hi, I also have a parcel at HWDC Langley posted 3.3.2023 and tracking says it’s been there since 11.3.2023. It’s going to Australia to my daughter who is travelling. We had no clue that the parcel would take this long to be processed, I was advised 7 days!! My concern is what happens to the parcel in Australia if the recipient is no longer there to take delivery? Will it be returned to UK? Thanks in advance for any help..

I have contacted Royalmail to see how long this process will take until it's despatched overseas, I am waiting for their reply.

Still waiting for a reply back from Royalmail, contacted them on Sunday, think it said something like they would reply back within 72hrs

OK Just an update on this situation, had no response from contacting Royalmail.
And my parcel has been at LANGLEY HWDC IPS for almost 2 weeks now, and no updates on the tracking since Saturday 11 March 2023.
Come on Royalmail we pay for a service and you should deliver.

Hi designman7, I just received a reply to my enquiry this evening. No further forward, the reply was a standardised response referring me to track & trace using my reference. They are unable to help further and suggest I make a claim if nothing happens after 25 days.
Super frustrating and my parcel is still languishing at HWDC Langley since 11.3.23

Im in a same situation. My parcel from Lithuania still didnt arrive since 4th of March. Still in transit, and still sits somewhere at Langley

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a parcel back from HWDC Langley whilst it’s being held for onward transit to Australia..? The delay is now so long that my daughter will not be at the destination to receive it!
Any help or advice very welcome..

You wont get proper answer on twiter anyway. As per my item, which supposed to be delivered by middle of March, it clearly stated on envelope its only documents inside so it shouldnt be held so long as you dont need to declare documents sent from Lithuania but royal mail again simply dont care. Now all this fuss will cost me few hundred pounds just because royal mail cant do their job properly. I simply have no clue how come it can stuck at customs? Are they translating those documents or what? Next time never use royal mail but other courier companies
