SpeedPak to Royal Mail

Post by manderson054 »

Hi,

I recently ordered a parcel from China on the 8th of March which had been sent via speedpak, recent tracking from speedpak was as follows:

GB ARRIVED AT DESTINATION HUB 11/03/2023
DISPATCHED ETSF FACILITY 13/03/2023
GB ROYAL MAIL RECIEVED 13/03/2023

Speedpak tracking suggests that Royal Mail now have the package however when I check my Royal Mail tracking number GV868177731GB it says that Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item. It has been 2 days since my item has left customs. Is there just a delay in Royal Mail tracking picking up the item? Or should I assume it is not coming?

Thanks

Probably it has been shipped to the UK in a container with many other orders to a warehouse. At that warehouse they split them down into individual orders which then get sent as Tracked

Have you any idea how long that process can take before it gets to Royal Mail? It’s been 3 days now

That depends on thee processes of the company sending the item and is not something that we as Royal mail workers would be able to answer as each company has different processes. But when Royal Mail do scan it then it should hopefully only be a few days before delivery occurs, in most cases.
