Tracked 48 returns : Timeframe?

Post by PostHunny »

I have an item which I’ve returned via Tracked 48 returns

I sent it last Thursday 8th March

Since Saturday, it has been stuck in Atherstone PSC

Few questions
1) from another forums some have said it may not get scanned again even after delivery, is this true
2) I’m hearing some issues with Milton keynes PSC, is this the same with Atherstone ?
3) How long do you reckon it’ll be stuck in Atherstone before delivery?

Is this a return that was paid for by the retailer? If so, no reason to concern yourself with this.

Yes it’s a return being posted back to a major retailer

Your role is to get it to the Post Office and make sure that you hold on to the proof of posting until the retailer confirms receipt. Anything else is an issue between the retailer and RM.

Not that I’m panicking (yet) lol

But how long would it normally to take to reach its destination

Surely it’ll be tracked that it’s been delivered?

My return reached its destination

Typically Royal Mail NEVER updated the tracking

The manufacturer is sending me a replacement
