Is my item lost?

Post by mauseris »

Im waiting for delivery from Lithuania, very important documents. Brother sent them via Lithuania post using fully tracked and signed for service and been told it will take 6-10 days to arrive. But... Since 2nd of March i can only see this info: In Transit
This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK.

When i contacted Lithuanian post they said item arrived to Heathrow on 4th of March, but still i cannot see it. Is there any problems down there at Heathrow? im starting to worry that it could be lost as no updates since. Many thanks

check out the international update thread in this section. There are delays unfortunately on incoming and outgoing. I think, though it hasn't been said, the new system is still bedding in.

Customs select random batches of mail for extra checking, so clearance times are never consistent.
