Intercepting Special Delivery
I was wondering if it's possible to intercept a special delivery, a family member has been scammed out of a mobile phone and has reported it to the police. It was sent out this morning at 10am and has arrived at Manchester MC tonight, due to go on to Croydon MC. She is planning on calling the mail centres as soon as lines open, but I was hoping if I reached out on here that people might be able to help a bit more. Thank you in advance.

It will already have left Manchester and be in Croydon by about 2am and then it will be at the delivery office of the recipient by about 6am. The delivery office will depend on the first letters of the recipients postcode.
Depends whether you can get hold of someone competent at either Croydon or the delivery office. If you can they’ll be able to fish it out fairly easily…but as I say it depends

I thought as much, I couldn't access workplace to see if I could get in contact with anyone there. Thank you for your help :)
