Ordered a gameboy game from China, it says "item recieved Princess Royal parcel hub" ... wondering if it's cleared customs and when it should arrive?

it may have, or it might not.

Items from China sometimes get sent to bonded warehouses where they are checked and then broken down into individual orders. But they also sometimes pass through customs and go to another warehouse where they get broken down and then sent on.

Parcels from China can also be like other parcels and travel individually from the sender direct to the receiver.

So it all depends on which method the sender has decided to use, and its impossible to identify which just from tracking.

Hi I wonders is there any update for your parcel? Mine was also sent from China and it first shows “princess royal parcel hub, item received” and then the tracking says it’s waiting for custom approval. My previous parcels passed the customs first and then reach the Royal Mail parcel hub. Hopefully the parcel could move on quickly :nervous
