Since January 20th, I've had roughly 20 parcels stating 'We've' got it' when I look up tracking numbers for my customers. It's now March 3rd so where are they?? Numerous claims have had to be submitted, which is also going to take weeks to get any kind of response from
Why haven't they been 'returned to sender' if you can't deliver?
I am a small business and have a lot of angry customers which does not do me any favours in their ratings on my website.

Sorry but as an unofficial site, we can't answer any specific case, all we can do is give insights and advice.
However, it is very unusual for so many parcels to go missing.
But.... Royal Mail did suffer a cyber attack and their systems are still trying to recover. This has affected only International mail so keep an eye on this thread for the latest updates viewtopic.php?f=6&t=103403

Personally, I'm still getting International items from Jan and Feb still bein delivered. It appears mine were 'stored' in Milton Keynes for a while, but have started to move over the last week or so. No particular issues with Inland mail. Post a tracking # for analysis..
