Item at Jubilee MC

Hi there,

Had an item at Jubilee MC now several days following it's arrival from China. It arrived on Tuesday 5.17am but no movement.

These are usually processed rapidly going off previous similar deliveries.

Any idea what the issue could be here?

I have been having the same issue. My package has been stuck at jubilee MC since the 6th. If I would have known I needed to wait, I would have used couriers that is guaranteed to have package at international destination less than 4 days/ and the customer service is terrible. Re routing with no answers.

Since Wednesday night the weather was impacting the network quite heavily. Though the official Royal Mail channels never mentioned it.
At my office we had very little mail Thursday and Friday, could not go out on Friday and Saturday and now there is 3 days of mail going out.

However this is not official advice as we are not an official site so Royal mail may say something different
