I ordered some fitness equipment from China November 16th, and I can see on November 29th 2022, the item which arrived in Langley HWDC was changed to showing a status delivered in North Tyneside.
When will this item make it down to London? LB016509710CN

This sounds like the retailer you used have given you the wrong tracking number. Double check with them.

I agree the OP definitely needs to contact the sender to confirm all the details. That tracking number has already been delivered as addressed and won't be sent on to them unless the Tyneside address is a storage point, but then they would advise the customer of a new tracking number.
Some warehouses in the UK get bulk mailings from China then break them down and send them out with a UK tracking number. But I don't think the address in Tyneside is doing this work.
Also to be upfront CN tracking numbers are also known to be used by scammers, and legitimate companies so you always have to have that in the back of your mind.
