my parcel has been stuck in LANGLEY HWDC since 2nd of December LB427990035US
i have tried calling but gave up after 50 min wait. this was meant to be a Christmas present.

Yes, it should have arrived by now, giving that it cleared customs a month ago. Lots of other people on here are reporting similar delays for inbound parcels.
