Hi my parcel coming from Bulgaria said at Langley on 19th December, how long will it take to be delivered any ideas please? thanks

Also without knowing the service or the tracking number it's difficult to advise anyway. Langley is the Customs Hub, so it may be delayed there and sometimes it can take a long time for it to be handed to Royal Mail. On average, Royal Mail takes about 2 to 3 days (outside of strikes) to deliver foreign items once they have been released by customs.
If you have a tracking number this site > https://parcelsapp.com/en does sometimes give forecasts but that's also unofficial.
