Hi, im not sure what i can do, i ordered in early november to give plenty of time for delivery for christmas, my item left china early, and then shows as arrived in this country but the royal mail tracking simply shows "on its way to RDC" on the 1st december and hasnt moved.
i dont know where the RDC is, it could be heathrow is chinas deliveries come there? or it could be elsewhere, as im in essex.
i left it for a couple weeks due to strike action, but now im really worried that the items wont be here..

Could you post the complete tracking history or the tracking number into this thread please? Hard to form an opinion on what is happening from such a small amount of information.

I have the same issue for a parcel ordered from Spain on the 23rd November. It's still in system and i doubt now i'll get it for Christmas.
