Actually, passed through Langley on the 12th. Tracking shows you points that it has passed through, not where it is. You make it sound like it is stuck in customs, when actually it has passed through customs and into Royal Mail’s network.
There are plenty of examples on this site of Special Deliveries and the like taking 1-2 weeks due to strikes, Christmas etc. Probably caught up in that.

Ok. The tracking page only says that it is at Langley. No other details.
Thankfully, there was an update at 18:09 this evening and it is now at Northampton.
