Parcels at Langley no updates

Hi all, I’ve got 2 parcels that were received at Langley on the 26th and 29th of November but so far there no updates on the tracking. Does anyone knows what possibly happened? Both of the parcels are clothes with a value of under £20/£30 maximum. I’ve ordered a lot of times from this same supplier and I’ve never had issues and every time the parcels are arriving Langley usually are release after 1/2 days maximum, but this time several weeks have passed and there is no updates 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Join the club. I have something from the US that on the USPS website says 'departed LONDON on 25 November' and nothing since then! Not even showing on Royal Mail tracking.
