Item stuck at Cinderford DO
Wondering if anyone can help, i bought an item from etsy to be sent by tracked 48hrs.only problem is the tracking hasnt updated since the 6th December and it says the parcel is at Cinderford DO still, almost a week later.tried getting help on twitter from royal mail help but after sending the information they wanted on friday they havent got back even though i have tried again this morning. Much appreciated
