Returned Parcel

Hi

So I sent a laptop back to Amazon EU ( Amazonská 4753/1 Sereď, 926 01 Slovakia) only for it to be returned to me as the recipient refused it ( no reason given).

Amazon won't refund me until I send it back.
I don't want to send it again via PF as I don't want to lose even more time/money on failed deliveries.
I believe it was sent via Global Priority.

I attached all the relevant paperwork so a bit confused as to why it would not get delivered?
