my tracking item says "item received in Northern Ireland MC".. is it because of the strike? thanks

It was posted in Northern Ireland so yes it would go to Northern Ireland MC , nothing to do with a strike

Hi guy, I sent a parcel to Ireland the 14th of December, amd is at Heathrow from 20th December. How long it will take before beong dispatched?

If it hasn't left Heathrow yet, then it will be caught up in the cyber attack issues:
