Postage I send is going out okay but items I’m having delivered aren’t turning up. I have around 4 items ordered and all gone missing for weeks so I’m having to order things and pay more for DPD to deliver. The tracking on the website has been down over a week forcing people to download the app instead which also doesn’t work.
The woman at the post office also told me that they have hired up to 400,000 extra staff who don’t know what they are doing to compensate for genuine Royal mail staff who are on strike.
So perhaps the missing mail is down to this
