So basically, I have a parcel I'm receiving via Parcel Force and within the 48hr it was marked as delivered, which it wasn't I immediately thought it was delivered to my neighbor so I contacted Parcel Force via email as I couldn't get through to a human, dialing thier customer service. Turns out it's 3-4-2 or something you have to go through to customs then use that to speak to someone.
I was told that it's been "delivered" to a national hub. Which I've never seen before ever because it's my home address that's the end point. They said they'll have it redelivered to mine and that same week nothing. Called back, it appears it's stuck in a "POD" which I have no idea what that means they claim they have it and it's not broken. It's now been 10 days since it was "delivered"
I'm guessing it's broken, lost or something and it's under some sort of investigation which we'll have to put a damage claim in or something.
Any idea what's going on. I do think Parcel Force and RM are really decent considering the load they have.

Was it coming from an address in the UK or abroad?

I am no expert on PFW tracking, but it looks a bit like the tracking when RM pull something aside for investigation because it is suspected to contravene the Dangerous Goods Act. What is inside the parcel?

Re: Parcel labeled delivered but to national hub / POD
Hi sometimes parcels get miss sorted to a customer returns trailer that are despatched direct from the HUB. These are scanned at the hub and the track event would be that it was delivered. I would ring your local depot and ask them to look at the tracking on POISE as it will tell them the route number it was scanned to and this can then be investigated to find out what customer trailer it was on and sent too and be contacted. Hope this helps.
