I purchased an item from AliExpress. The tracking number is WB034071037GB. It has been out for delivery since 5th September according Royal Mail tracking and was never delivered. I phoned Royal Mail and they said its lost.
Parcelapp.com (and AliExpress tracking) shows that it was delivered on 5th September, 6 hours after it was sorted in my local delivery office.
Does anyone here know why parcelapp would show that its been delivered?

Don't know what's going on there, the delivered scan hasn't been done by RM
