Stamps for parcelforce?

Post by somekindofnature »

Hi,

I've got a glut of 1st class stamps and need to send a parcel that exceeds the size limits for a medium parcel - it'll need to go by Parcelforce.

I've often stuck stamps on RM parcels and then dropped off at the Post Office. Can I use stamps towards the cost of a PF parcel in the same way?

Thanks!

No. Although part of the same group, they are an independent company so they can't accept stamps in payment. If I remember correctly the Post Office doesn't even put a postage label on the PF parcels, they just stick a PF Label on it. I think you also have to book it and pay online. https://www.parcelforce.com/sending-a-parcel
