I am requesting for your kind assistance to help me locate the item that I've sent.
I understand that there are delays at the moment. But i am begging of you guys to help assist me with informations.
I've got a tracking number DF670224797GB
**Sept 2, I've sent a large letter consist of my legal documents and PASSPORT from Leigh Post office via 1st class signed for. I was addressed to KVAC LONDON( International Org. For migration) SW1H0DX. It was my first time sending mail to be honest, hence unaware of the special delivery option. Sorry for that.
**Sept 6, I receieved an update from track and trace telling "
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 06-09-2022. It will now be forwarded to our National Returns Centre to determine the sender's details." Tracking history

**Sept 9, i went to London Victoria DO trying my luck to see whether it is still there. I'm in tears. The staff is kind enough to assist me as much as he could. He explained what on the system "DUPLICATE, SEEN TWICE...." and i was told that it was sent to Jubilee MC.
As it wasn't tracked. We couldn't find much information on where it is.
So Sir/Ma'am. I am begging of your help. Could you please let me know if the item (Large letter on an A4 envelope) was still at Jubiliee MC? Or was it already handed over on its way to NATIONAL RETURN CENTRE? Any information will help.
If it is still in Jubilee MC, can you please allow me to get it from there? I'll be more than happy to travel just to get it. Sorry for the long post, but I just need some help right now. I just wanted to be able to go home and see my family. Please please please. I need your help.

It looks like your item couldn't be delivered for some reason,if it had the sender's (your) details on it then it would have been sent straight back to you, if it hasn't then it'll be sent to the returns centre where they'll open it to see if they can find where to return it to so in theory when they find your details inside they'll return it to you.

Thank you so much for this. I got all ny details inside, so hoping to get it soon.. do we know how many days does it normally takea for an item to arrive at national returns?

The NRC takes weeks or months, depending on how busy things are there. But also because undeliverable mail is low priority for Royal Mail, so it can occasionally take a long time to make it’s way there.
I recommend that you submit a lost mail claim, because that makes sure that the NRC have your details and can send the item back to you.
There is no point going to the Jubilee Mail Centre, they handle millions of items a day, it isn’t practical to pull one item out of the pipeline.
