Hi, I am waiting for an International Tracked item from the UK to Australia, posted on August 1.
The last status from August 2 says it has been "received" at an unspecified "Royal Mail site".
Do you think it is probably still stuck at Chester, now waiting to clear customs at Langley, or lost somewhere else in the UK? Or is it just waiting for a flight to Australia?

Australia is still reporting reporting problems as of 1 Aug - see below. So my guess is its caught in a back log if anything.
