Hey all, so I bought some trading cards from America at the end of July and my parcel now seems to be stuck in Heathrow. The latest update was on July 31st and it says this.
July 31, 2022, 12:00 pm
Departed
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM
Your item departed a transfer airport in HEATHROW, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM on July 31, 2022 at 12:00 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
Starting to get worried that something had happened, never had this issue before when ordering from over there.
Has anyone experienced this, what happened and what did you have to do, if anything?
Appreciate any replie!

The probability is that your cards are stuck in customs and I'm afraid nothing can be done except wait.

Is there any way to check this with customs, that it’s actually there and to find out if there’s an problems?
I don’t mind waiting, as long as they arrive. Any idea how long this usually/can take?

I'd be very surprised if customs would be able to help you, as you can imagine we are talking end scene of Raiders Of The Lost Ark quantities of parcels. Whilst RM issue tracking numbers I don't think they would mean anything to HMRC.
If you search Langley or Heathrow on this forum you will see you're not alone with the wait period seeming to be weeks rather than months.

And you will also see that, while some have claimed to have a phone number for customs, nobody has ever posted an actual, working number for them.
