Is my parcel stuck/lost?

Hi, I sent a package by Royal Mail international tracked and signed for to Dubai but it's been 10 days and hasn't moved or been tracked since the 26th July in Preston:

Tuesday 26 July 2022

Item received at

Accepted at Post Office
Over Hulton Post Office

Is it likely to be lost since there are no more tracking updates after 10 days?

It's an art print (unframed) and it's going to an apartment.

In the emirates they only deliver to PO Box addresses so if the address on the item isn't a PO Box address then it'll very likely end up being returned

Its unlikely to be lost. Most probably its been delayed in Customs. Hopefully, the item is not on the United Arab Emirates Banned or Restricted list https://www.royalmail.com/sending/inter ... b-emirates

Thank you for your reply. I checked with my customer and they replied "We don’t have PO Box system in UAE. The carrier even when it is Emirates Post delivers directly to the building and usually calls to ask if the package should be kept at reception or someone to hand it over to."

From the tracking info it still looks like it hasn't left the UK yet anyway...
