Hi there
I wonder if anyone can help me please. I bought an item from china in April. I’ve been tracking it for days and it’s saying it’s at Langley still. It’s been there since 12th may with no movement. Any advice on what I can do next ? I’ve looked for an email address or phone number but I’m going round in circles and not getting anywhere. It was sent with Cn ems china post tracking number UU376487158CN
I’d be ever so grateful for any help

It's most likely stuck in customs, who chose random batches of mail for extra checks (the chosen batches will take longer to clear customs)

According to tracking on there, it's never made it into Royal Mails hands and the tracking is Chinapost.
It looks like a bulk order to me, these are typically split down at a warehouse and then introduced into the Royal Mail system individually. I would contact the sender.
