How to find mt parcel sent from Post office and returned

Hello, my international tracked and signed Parcel was returned to the sender but my parcel was sent from the Post office with no personal email or any notification.But I have kept the receipt of posting. How and when should I find my parcel? Should I directly go to the post office or?

What country was it sent to and does the tracking show if it got past the destination country's customs before being returned to sender? Some countries insist on all items having a return address on them, some even specify what side of an item the return address is to be located

Slovakia, I don't know where Parcel is going back. But tracking history shows that my parcel was "released from customs" on 12:48 May 25, location is Slovakia, followed by 15:31 the same day "Item Leaving the UK" while location is UK? I'm very confused about this. My tracking number is RN337400795GB, if that helps.

Looking at that makes me think that it got refused entry by Solakian customs for some reason, what was the contents?

It's probably now on its way to Royal Mail's National Returns Centre

It's an iphone returning to amazon EU, but the reason why the parcel was refuse is not my concern.
I just wonder where will the parcel goes and how can I get it back base on it was a parcel sent through local post office posting.

You haven't said if you put a return address on the outside of the parcel. If you did it should come back to
you at that address.

If you didn't it will go to the Royal Mail National Returns Centre where they try
and return items to the sender from any information they can get from the parcel. They won't return
it to the Post Office it was sent from.

There are several entries on Slovakia’s restricted list that mean that an iPhone might fall foul of customs rules: “electrical equipment”, “photographic equipment” etc. Nothing clear cut, but enough to be concerning.

You should have put your name and address on the parcel. It is a criminal offence in the UK to send a lithium ion battery in the mail *without* the sender’s name and address on the outside. This includes an iPhone, due to the built in battery.

If sent by Royal Mail, they will use this name and address to return it to you. This initially means taking it to the specified address: if you are not in, they should leave a “while you were out” card then take it to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office. They will not take it to the Post Office unless you specifically arrange that with Royal Mail. Where you sent it from makes no difference to Royal Mail’sreturns process.
