Royalmail Tracked 48 with tracking number WU767717684GB shows it is ready to deliver and will be delivered today. This is the last status 20th May 2022.
I waited all day, all my normal mail letters etc was delivered, but above said parcel was not delivered.
I waited the next day which was Saturday, nothing delivered.
Next waited Monday all day still nothing
I went to Kitts Green delivery office, told them i am expecting a parcel, that gentleman went looking for my parcel but came back empty handed. Saying parcel must be with postman delivery guy.
He gave me customer service contact number to ring. I rang customer service, waited 30 minutes listened to annoying music. Customer representative gave me reference number 1-8214531412.
Nearly 6 days have elapsed and my parcel is nowhere to be seen. This never happened before don't why this time.
Kindly can someone help?

the best advice is to contact the sender and get them to complain to Royal Mail. Going by the tracking it's a fairly large business and is based in the UK so the distance selling regulations apply in this case and the sender will have more resources to get it chased.

I agree that I should be contacting the seller which I already did, the problem is that the seller is in China, it already took over 20 days for this order to arrive in UK. I needed this item urgently, it is a electronic part for my car.
Now the seller is saying I have to wait for another week before he can declare this item lost and re-despatch a replacement. But it will take another month for the replacement to arrive. I don't want to wait for another month. Why Royalmail cannot do their job properly.
It is very annoying.

I've had exactly this same 'Ready For Delivery Today' and then nothing showing up at all issue twice recently, now. Both times I received other RM deliveries on the same day, but not the packages concerned. The first instance in April ended in a protracted month long dispute with online vendor AliExpress, who point-blank refused to believe that Royal Mail expected them to chase it up instead of me, and kept demanding a 'certificate of loss' even though RM would not supply me with one. I only eventually got my money back last week after claiming a Visa chargeback. Meanwhile, the package concerned apparently sat unclaimed at my local RM DO because the postman failed to leave me a red card (no card, no number, no number, no collection from the DO). And I was at home all day, by the way. Tracking for this first item STILL reads 'Ready For Delivery today - 13-4-2022'.
The second 'Ready For Delivery' no-show instance was today. Hopefully this one will turn up tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath. At least this time though I'm dealing with a different company who will accept that they'll have to lodge a claim instead of me.
What boils my blood is that there is no longer any way to contact the local RM delivery office directly itself, when it seems obvious in my case(s) that that is where the actual problem is. It's very frustrating to have something make it safely halfway across the globe and through UK customs only for it to get lost at a delivery office one mile away from my house.
Not very helpful to the OP I know, but at least you aren't on your own.
If the Chinese vendor you're dealing with is AliExpress, best of luck.
