Is the Royal Mail Tracking Service down?

Hi, could anybody tell me if the Royal Mail online tracking service is down or has it been removed?

I’ve gone online to track my packages but all I get is this screen…



Can anybody shed any light in this please?

I’m on an iPad if that makes any difference?

I’ll try clearing my cache etc and see if it helps.

Well I cleared my cache/search history/website history etc and shut down and rebooted but still getting the same screen?

I’ll try on a laptop shortly but on my iPad it’s a no go for some reason.

Using Chrone on an Android phone I'm getting the same "help" screen as you are - so its not just you. And the same screen on a laptop using Chrome, but using Edge on the same laptop I get the screen that I should get!

I’m using Safari on an iPad and until tonight had no issues, I was using the tracking service this morning?

I’ve tried on a laptop with the same result meaning I can’t track my packages at present.

Is this likely to be a glitch that will sort itself out? Is there anywhere I can report my problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have no idea how to add another browser, I would prefer to keep using Safari where possible.

Thought I’d update this to say everything is now working again.

I found out that the Royal Mail website went down yesterday morning and it was obviously a knock on effect.

Normal service has been resumed

Thanks for confirming, knowing RM they probably didn't know it was broken until they read this thread!
