No post for at least two weeks

I live in Bermondsey, London there has not been a postperson delivering to our building for at least two weeks. Other people in the area have also been affected, apparently due to staff shortages in the area but this info hasn't come from RM directly. I am waiting on important documents and various other letters so this is really frustrating. Am I allowed to go to the sorting office and ask if I can pick up any post under my name?

You can ask, but be polite as they will be normal posties and will be under severe pressure in the caller's office, and the managers are usually busy elsewhere even if customers ask to speak to one.

Take a picture ID AND something that has a matching address on it. Driving Licence and Utility Bill

Good luck...
