Apologies if this in the wrong forum but any pointers will be much appreciated.
I was given a Royal Mail Tracked 48 label for an Amazon return recently which had the following address:
SWDA HVSWNull
Amazon customer returns
South West Distribution Centre
SWDC SWDC
XX30 1AA
Can anyone here tell me roughly where in the country this is? Is it the one at Severn Beach? Do they get processed at the Royal Mail SWDC nearby or is that unrelated.
I'm being given the run around by Amazon customer service (surprise) and any info on how this item would be routed would be helpful
Thanks in advance (I used to work for Royal Mail CSC a long time ago at Cattlemarket road in Bristol and I get the impression that Amazon are giving me a cock and bull story!)

It' probably referring to RM's SWDC. Amazon have got a big place up at Swansea so they might collect any returns in bulk direct from SWDC

Thanks, I know Amazon have also got a massive place out at Severn Beach (BS35) and was wondering if that was it?
