I have a business account for my ltd company and so far have been unable to get an account manager assigned to our account.
Over the past 12 months I've called the main business support line numerous times and keep being told my details will be passed over to sales but then I never hear anything back.
With over £140k spend on our account in 11 months I feel that we would qualify to have a managed account, as I know some others that are much smaller have account managers. It just seems I can't get to speak to anyone in the right department.
Does anyone have any idea of a good way in to speak to the right person?
