Bought something off Depop and seller sent them Royal Mail 2nd Class with tracking number 11070ED4CB0
The tracking number shows as delivered on 04/02 at 7.51am , this has never been delivered to me. I have spoken to the postman who has never seen the item as this is before he even starts and advised me to speak with the delivery office. I went down and spoke to the representative on the counter who advised that it looks like my item was wrongly delivered to a bulk delivery depot at a large logistics centre near my delivery address and it may one day work it's way back but wouldn't bank on it? She then advised me to call customer services which I did. I logged a claim with them to which they advised they will send an enquiry down to the manager of the local delivery office who will investigate and get back to me within 72 hours. It's been 4 days now and I've not heard anything.
Should I go back to the DO and request to speak to manager or is this just not gonna work?

You need to claim from the seller. It is their responsibility to get it to you.
