I sent a parcel to USA tracking number LO032374582GB
it seems to be stuck and no update since 7th January?

UNITED KINGDOM, LANGLEY HWDC, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in LANGLEY HWDC, UNITED KINGDOM at 4:08 am on January 7, 2022.
Any ideas what i can do now as it has been over 3 weeks and doesn't seem to have moved?

It might be held due to customs or Dangerous Goods Act infringements, real or suspected. What was inside?

Just to clarify it's probably not stuck in HWDC, just that's the last place it was definitely scanned. However, it is probably stuck in Customs, either here in the UK, or more likely in the US.
There are no official declarations of delays in the USA, but we have seen queries on here so there must be some delays. Royal Mail has admitted that there are delays to the EU, and it's not inconceivable that has caused a knock-on effect to the rest of the world.

As to what you can do, nothing I am afraid it's a case of waiting till customs release it. But if you wish to make an official complaint you would need to go to an official site or call Royal Mails own Customer Service lines.
