Lost special delivery parcel
Hi everyone I've had a parcel sent to me that arrived at newport west delivery office the 22 December. The item was scanned but never delivered. After a couple of phone calls to customer service where I was assured the parcel would arrive the following day but not showing up again, I went to the delivery office to enquire and after they checked in the back they still couldn't find it and had no explanation for it so it's now considered lost. I'm just curious as to how a special delivery parcel can be lost and how often does it happen? I don't know what to think about it but I'm very disappointed. ...thanks to whoever will reply

it shouldn't happen. Special deliveries are passed from locker to locker and sealed in between. I would 100% get in touch with customer services and they can start an investigation. There is insurance available with these so hopefully, that will kick in as well.
