HI I AM A NEW MEMBER OF CHAT MAIL.
I am having a serious issue with an item I have sent 2 weeks ago and is very important and fragile. My code is: RN290315301GB and when is tracked it keeps saying IN TRANSIT. It is very important I know whether this package is still in UK or it has gone to Italy since it has to do with a denture.
So it is a very delicate package, I have been trying to get in touch with someone physical to speak to me but unfortunately I have failed. It is impossible through the number Langley HWDC to get in touch with anyone apart from the AI.
Please help me because I do need this denture repaired properly and it has to reach Italy as soon as possible.
Once i know is in Italy I can try to phone their post office over there.
