Sometimes companies import loads of orders into the UK in bulk, in say a shipping container. When it gets to the UK they split the contents of the container up into the individual orders which then enter RM's network, each with its own tracking number

2nd class untracked - but that's a wild guess as there isn't a lot of information to go on.
