Where is my parcel?

Hi, I posted two parcels 1 November to Ukraine to the same address and one of them not moving since arriving to Langley HWDC on the 2 November. The second parcel already in Ukraine. The parcel that still in Langley HWDC tracking: RU615481716GB and the one in Ukraine: RU615481720GB. Both parcels contain just clothes. Can anyone help please? Would appreciate your help.

They were both sent using International Signed which isn't normally trackable once it leaves the UK. Once in the destination country the next tracking event would normally be when delivery is attempted. I think you just got lucky with the Ukraine equivalent of Royal Mail tracking the one that's been delivered

Were any of the clothes made, in whole or in part, from leather, fur or rubber?

I know that parcels are not trackable on the Royal Mail website ones they leave the UK. However, when parcels arrive to Ukraine, they are becoming trackable on the Ukrainian post office website: https://track.ukrposhta.ua
The parcel with tracking number RU615481716GB hasn’t left the UK, it’s still at the Langley HWDC since 02 November.
The other parcel with tracking number RU615481720GB has left the LANGLEY HWDC on the 03 November and already has been delivered to the recipient today.
Both parcels sent to the same address and contain only clothes that are not made of fur, leather or rubber.

I just got threatened by your security officer because I could not understand a word she said and she refused it put me through to a manager or someone to find my parcel

I had my tracking number ready and I do not phone customer service

Just to clarify - that is not a tracked service - its a signed for on delivery (currently signed by postie due to covid restrictions) so you won't see an update till delivery is attempted. It also means it won't be tracked through the system.
