Tracking information shows :Item Leaving the UK LANGLEY HWDC since 16 September 2021 which is more than 6 weeks ago.

The item was a single CD and the destination is China.

The service used was international signed and tracked. I used the same service later in October twice and both have been delivered already in China.

Could anyone help me about this? Has this been lost?
