My parcel has been stuck at Greenford, and no update from the 17th until now. I called customer service, and they told me the same thing. They could not contact MC to check. I tried Twitter, and one of the staff told me a few days ago that “ This item is still within our network and will be delivered ASAP. It's been sent via our Tracked 48 service, which has a delivery aim of 2-3 working days, but this isn't guaranteed. ”
Then I checked with them again, and they told me that if I did not receive it today, then it would consider missing it.
I also tried my luck at my local delivery office and had no chance with it.
My parcel was sent from China to Uk, and the tracking number is “ GV766310205GB”.
What else should I do now? Any suggestions?

Re: Parcel stuck at Greenford MC
I would contact the sender, we are not an official site but recently there does seem to be an increase in non-delivery of items coming from China.
What you may be able to do is invoke the UK distance selling regulations as though it came from China, the item itself originated from a UK warehouse before it entered Royal Mails system.
This means that your contract is with the sender, and it's up to them to chase Royal Mail and get compensation if applicable. Their contract is with Royal Mail.
If they deny this then hopefully you can initiate a chargeback with your card issuer though there is usually charge for this.
