Hey Guys,
Hope everyone is well, need a bit of help called customer service but they said they can't provide any update and call on Friday to make a claim
My parcel was collected by royal mail last Week on Thursday Morning in Walthamstow and it was booked as Special Delivery Guaranteed 1 PM
But parcel has not moved since from Walthamstow D0 and have no update on the tracking site after that
SE131504350GB
Any suggestions.

Despite what the call centre said the guarantee part of Special Delivery has failed so you or the sender CAN claim at least the postage back.
