Hello. I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to one of my packages sent through Royal. The item was received at Langley HWDC on Sep. 13th and hasn't moved or updated since: RY276226234GB
Whereas a replacement sent by the company is already through Langley and was sent out within an hour of arriving there: RN815043622GB
Is it safe to assume the first package is lost or stuck? I have no idea as to why the second package had a seamless process going through Langley, but the first package is not moving.

Customs chose random batches of mail for extra checks. Chances are that the first one was in one of the randomly chosen batches

its also possible that its arrived in the US but has been caught up in a backlog somewhere, or hasn't made it out of Homeland Security/Customs.
For the last 3 months or perhaps more we have been hearing horror stories from across the pond about delays. In fact we have some of those stories in the customer forums on here.
I think its just delayed and it will eventually turn up.

Just wanted to give an update and say it’s been 21 days now since being scanned into Langley HWDC. Not even sure of what I can do at this point.
