Special Delivery Issue

Hi all, hope you’re all well.
Having an issue with a special delivery item being sent from Manchester to Hampshire, tracking number SE210543744GB.
Have tried to contact Royal Mail via Twitter though I have not received a response!
Parcel has been stuck at Manchester MC since day of posting, the 15th and has not updated since. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

It's now at Havant Delivery Office.

On Royal Mail's service status page for yesterday it has:
Road
Last night the vehicle travelling from the Manchester Mail Centre to the National Distribution Centre was delayed several times enroute, meaning some mail missed connecting outbound services. As a result, some mail posted in the BL, M, OL and SK postcode areas yesterday for delivery today in parts of London, the South, South East, South West of England and Wales may arrive later than planned.
It was probably on that lorry
