Hi, I hope everyone is doing well.
I sent an I item for a refund on the 11/09/21 using a prepaid 24hr service, I needed the package to be there by tomorrow 14/09/21 but when I check tracking now it says
"Sorry, your item went to NDC RDC Delivery in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network."
Is this item now lost or it's going to be heavily delayed going back to the retailer?
