I paid for special delivery on Saturday morning. They told me it would be delivered by 1pm today (Monday) but it hasn’t moved from Manchester mc since Saturday. Does anyone know what I should do? The PO advised me to use that service as it was fast and most secure- it’s clearly neither of those :(

Unless this Manchester mc has lost my Mail then what’s going on? Info below and any advice much appreciated. This is an important document and I’m getting quite anxious over it.

Looks like it was delivered this morning,
